Orders may be placed by phone to our office at (704) 721-3319. Our regular business hours are 8AM to 6PM EST Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. All products are in stock unless otherwise listed on our website. All orders are processed for shipping within one business day.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. All orders must be prepaid before delivery. North Carolina residents add sales tax. We do not offer CODs.

SHIPPING: Federal Express and UPS
Orders are normally shipped via UPS and Federal Express, unless other arrangements are made. UPS or Fed Ex. is not able to deliver to P.O. boxes. You must provide a residential or business address for delivery. All orders are carefully packaged before they leave our facility. Loss or mishandling of boxes by the carrier is the responsibility of the carrier. All claims for damaged or lost goods should be reported to the carrier.
WARRANTY POLICY
All products we provide for sale are covered by the, "Manufacturers Warranty Policy." If you have a warranty problem, please contact the manufacturer directly. Universal Automotive Service, Inc. cannot be held responsible for damage to any products or items related to or due to customer negligence or abuse. When you have considered all of your options; please feel free to contact us with any concerns that you may have. Buyer agrees to be bound by the policies of Universal Automotive Service, Inc. and has read all such policies before placement of any order.
RETURN POLICY
Please E-mail us @ uasi1985@aol.com or call 704-721-3319 within 3 days of receiving item/items with reason/reasons for return before sending back. Refund will be issued upon receipt of item/items when verified to be the original item/items sold in original excellent condition. Returning the unused item or product in excellent shape is a must to qualify for entire purchase price. Prompt refund upon receipt of item/items you purchased will be given when condition is validated. A Valid Reason Must Be Given For Returns! Return shipment fees are the responsibility of the customer. We will gladly work with you to make sure you are able to get the products or items you need when you place your order again.
RETURNS
All product returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are subject to inspection. Returned items must be in new condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact us prior to returning any products. All returned boxes must have the invoice number clearly marked on the outside of the box or a copy of the invoice inside.
